Thought @ Work is a "social-networking" design club. Every fall, we have hosted a conference with professionals from different design disciplines and backgrounds; industrial, graphic, UI/UX, freelance, corporate, and many more! Throughout the year, we have brought together RIT's design community with events focused on personal and professional growth.
As the design director, I provided guidance and delegated tasks to the senior graphic designer and design intern team. Not only did I generate ideation for general body events, polished an updated brand guide but also created the annual design conference theme.
